Fountain of Health's Thrive Learning Centre?

It was life changing for me. At first I was skeptical that goal setting could help me but I decided to try.
I had played tennis in my 40 s and 50 s but had not played for 20 years although I still had a strong passion for it.
As a result of taking the Fountain course I found the courage to try tennis again.  My body became so improved and strong. I felt like a different person.  My favourite thing is returning hard serves from people as then the ball comes towards me and I don’t need to run so much.   During covid I have not played as much but I have a backboard and can still practice. I look forward to things opening up again!!

On Using the Wellness App
